It is a safe place to visit if you are traveling with a dog, as the beach is dog-friendly and frequented by many cute canines. It is a great place to kayak and it is one of the lesser-known places to fish. Deerlick Creek Beach is located right in South Haven Township and is near a small creek that leads right into the lake. The park is home to high dune formations, a modern campground, 1 mile of sandy beach, woodland trails and a day-use area.The day-use area offers picnic tables and grills, a picnic shelter and two modern restroom buildings.
